Big thanks to the avis people

With what could of been the beginning of a terrible vacation....I had reservations for a vehicle with avis....I only brought one credit card and it didnt have enough credit on it to cover the car....Big problem right? Well, after me and my 2 kids wondered around trying to figure out what to do at the airport...(this is 10 pm at night)...we needed to get to the port...So, almost crying I went back up to the avis counter and asked for some kind of advice...(well, this nice man said wait a minute and came back to tell me they would have a driver drive us to our hotel at the port)...can you believe there are actually nice people out there?

So, this is a big, big thank you to Avis for caring and not just letting a woman and 2 small kids ruin the most important vacation ever......inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc inkbounc

Great Story. Now you know why they say "Avis tries harder". I have always had consistant quality service from Avis at OIA.

After that story, I'm going to keep my Avis van rental for November and not try to get a cheaper rate at another company! They deserve my business!
