Big Salads?

Are there any table service restaurants where I could get a big salad with say chicken or salmon on it? I know about the Brown Derby Cobb salad. Any others? I know it is going to be HOT and I am expecting to want to eat very light. Or just have ice cream for dinner. That would work too

Colony Salad at Liberty Tree Tavern is one of my favorites.

Yak & Yeti has two outstanding salads-mandarin chicken and seared tuna. Sci Fi has a salad with marinated salmon and The Plaza has a chicken strawberry salad-both are really good.

You are likely to find a Caesar salad with chicken almost everywhere.

When I want a big salad at WDW I get in my car and go to Sweet Tomatoes and I make exactly the sort of salad I want.

I like the strawberry salad at the Plaza, I just request no cheese. I also like the salads at Columbia Harbor House although it's not a table service.

Not sure where your staying, but POR food court has a nice make your own where they put in whatever leaves and veggies u want and add either chicken or beef.

Those are some I get very frequently along with Chicken Caesars at a lot of places.
And of course, as mentioned, the Cobb at HBD

Yup I would have to second this. Definitely my favourite salad on all of WDW property! Plus the Ooey Gooey Toffee cake at the end of the meal is a must. Drool...

Not sure what your touring plans are, but if you are in the DHS/ EP area, consider Fresh at the Dolphin for lunch. The whole menu is salads including make your own.

We will be at the yacht club - I checked the menu for the market place. At one point they had made your own salad. No longer. Hurricane Hanna does have a yummy looking flat bread (vegetarian) that when paired with a margarita would be a lot like a salad

That is a fantastic option, esp. Easy and convenient walk for you. I will be trying that myself next month when I stay at Dolphin!
