I see that they don't take reservations, but they do accept the dining plan. My DH and I were thinking of trying this restaurant for dinner one night. What kind of line/wait will we have in early September? I have one meal left for the plan, not sure if I should book an ADR at another restaurant or give this a shot.

They do take reservations directly by calling the restaurant. They do not take them 6 months out though. Since its free dining time, I recommend getting a reservation even tough they are not a hugely popular place. Call 2 months it and see if they will take a reservation that far out.

Good to know, I'll definitely give them a call 1-2 months before out trip.
