I had called for a reservation this past May.....I was told that this was not technically a reservation but my name would be on a preferred seating for that particular time I said we would be there. I was told it tends to get pretty crowded there. We had decided not to go there and I did just call them back to cancel our preferred time.

While you did not ask, let me say as a long time Boardwalk DVC member and someone who spend a lot of time at the BW --- WE DISLIKE THE BREW PUB PLACE. The food is fair, the service is fair and the facilities are undersized for the intent of the place. Save your money, drink beer at home and eat at a better restaurant!

I completely agree with WDW-BWV, we were there last week and the food was ok and the seating was cool (outside the boardwalk.... Our server was really nasty though!!!! We were doing the dinning plan and he wouldn't even tell us about dessert, it seemed like he wanted us gone ASAP. At the end of the meal, we asked for two glasses of water and he brought in disposable cups and basically threw them at us!!!!! I was shocked, I had left a 18% tip but I quickly changed it to a 15% and I still feel I gave him too much!!!!
