I'm not sure they accept PS there. We ate lunch there on our last day last summer and it was pretty good. Since we stay at BWV we like to be able to eat right there. It wasn't crowded either. But it was incredibly rainy so that may have had something to do with it. We ate at about 2:30ish.

I think Goofy4tink is right, I'm pretty sure Big River Grill doesn't take PS's. I haven't really heard anyone complain about having long waits to get in there though, so hopefully you won't have any problem.

That's probably because it is not a very good restaurant. Both times we've given it a try, the food was mediocre at best and the service poor. IMHO, the only reason this place still exists is the beer and the Boardwalk location.

My experience at this restaurant is similar to CarolMN"s. I would never return here when there are so many other wonderful choices!!

IMHO, not worth the time. Lots of other places at WDW with better service and food.

We'll ditto the others with no plans to ever revisit. Rude staff, cold food and an overall bad experience. Especially for dinner. Our late afternoon lunch wasn't too bad, but no one else was waiting and they had almost no one eating there at the time.
