Big problem with DVC website

We just had a call from a DVC member from another state who logged in to the DVC site this morning and ended up getting our information instead of his. Without giving out our login and password details, we determined that ours were no way similar.
I had been on the website earlier this morning and orginally had trouble logging in. I tried again 5 minutes later and it went through.
Has anyone else ever had this happen to them? We will be calling DVC MS tomorrow about this.
The gentleman did call Disney today to see if there was anyone who could help him with this, but he said those he spoke with either transferred him or did not have a lot of concern over the matter.

Good thing there isn't any Social Security info shown on the site.
They need to track down the error that caused that and fix it ASAP.

I wouldn't be thrilled having someone else poking through my DVC info, even if most of it (deeds, number of points, etc.) is available through other websites.
