I just went to check my mail and I clicked on it.........I was just reading post on the Dis at the same time......yea....I cant take it but my Ticker says
1:30:40........So Know I have to sit here and wait,lol.......I am supposed to be grocery shopping but I guess that can wait too,lol...........

When I clicked onto the Yahoo Homepage, there was Tink flitting all over my computer screen!!! This alone was quite thrilling for 8:02am!!!

My ticker says 1:25 and counting...must be 10am then? Where are they announcing it? On the Disney online site?

Disney has a new promotion and is going to drop their ticket prices...

I'm thinking it's probably just their plans for 2007 (which, of course is exciting in and of itself!). Probably the official word on Midway Madness in MGM, maybe the 2nd China park.... who knows!

I bet that it will be something of true interest to the general public. Advertising is expensive and Disney clearly wants to reach out to the general public with this announcement. They have already announced and advertised the stays in the Castle. The new DVC resort at AKL has been announced. It may be the creation of a new park, which was mentioned in their annual report. We can only hope!

My guess is the overnight stay at the Suite in Cinderella's Castle.

I saw a news report on it last night on a local Orlando new station. I think a family from Michigan was the first guests to stay there.

My bets are on either a new ride, new 'country' (themed area within a park, perhaps finally getting rid of Camp Minnie/Mickey as originally planned) or perhaps a whole new theme park?

It could be new DVC properties/million dreams winner stuff, but I'm thinking probably not...


Either way...can't wait! The big question now...is that announcement at 10 or 1? The ticker indicates a 10 AM EST announcement...

The next logical line would be: "Maybe yours?" and then an announcement of spectacular summer special rates! At least that's what I'm hoping since we're going in June!

I live in New Jersey it's 9:16 AM. I went to the Disney website a few minutes ago and the countdown clocks' hands are spinning real fast. When i clicked on the clock it took me to the new Disney Insider. It said coming soon the new Disney.com. I don't know if that is the countdown clock everybody has been talking about, that's the only clock that I see on their website.
