Big Island - Hawaii pictures

Well, I finally got all of my pictures processed (only took about 3000 pics)! Unfortunately, my camera is no longer operable; it fell on the lava while we were touring the 1974 lava flow but luckily we still had DD's camera, so all was not lost.

Here are a few of my favorite pictures from our trip (I'm going to post in 3 separate threads to break up the different regions we visited):

Very nice photos. Thanks for sharing, brings back wonderful memories of when we went years ago. Where is the white tiger from?

Where is the white tiger from?

Thanks! The white tiger (named Namaste) is at the Panaewa Rainforest Zoo in Hilo, HI.

Because our trip was only 8 days and we wanted to see as much as we could, we only stayed on the Big Island.

I'm hoping we will be able to go to Kauai and Maui at least once (but I'm sure it'll be in the very far future ).
