We're (7adults, 3 kids in our family group) going in december and some of our extended family will be there as well. So one day we all want to do the princess breakfast together to celebrate a b-day. Some are wanting to pay OOP while our extended family will be on the dining plan. Is this going to be a problem?
We were thinking we might bring little post-it notes and write on the KTTW cards which need TS credits deducted and which need to be charged. I just wasn't sure if the computer system is going to let our server do this.

We had a group of 8 at Boma one evening with three families mixed together. In all we had 3 on DDP, 2 with DDE, and 3 OOP. We were asked at check-in how we planned on paying and told them a mix. We told the server and he did it all easily enough giving each family their own separate check. Don't worry about it.

Happens all the time, generally the OOP check will have an automatic gratuity of 18% added even if that check is only for 1 guest and even if part of your party is seated on a different table.

Shouldn't be a problem, just tell your server.

I did get an interesting CM "rule" when I booked two reservations for our large party recently. We have 13 people. If I booked within the first 20 minutes of the serving time (within 20 minutes of the time they open for that particular meal) they could guarantee that we would have tables together. Otherwise they would not guarantee the tables would be close.
