Okay, am I the only one who is SHOCKED that crazy Holly (the blond that was always with Jase) is not up for being chosen?

Does anyone know why?

I woulda voted for her just see to see her slow (okay, not-so-slow) progression into a mental breakdown.

Either (A) she was asked & not interested. (Producers said they started out with 40 potential All-Stars, but many said "no".) or (B) They got lots of negative feedback after she hosted the game (in the house) last summer.
