Big Benefit of College Program

My daughter did the program 20 years ago, as a college freshman. She also did an impressive internship with a company in her field, but when she was interviewing for jobs, the Disney experience made the most impression. She was told if she had the discipline to work for Disney, they knew she would be a good employee. I don't know if that still applies as the world has certainly changed a great deal.

I'm hoping it does, my daughter was just accepted yesterday and the past 24 hours alone have been a whirlwind!

Same experience for DD getting job, landing a hard to get internship and even head of the Grad School program she went to said it was a huge factor - they knew she knew how to work hard. Tests & Grades tell them somethings but not much about personal qualities.
