My husband is a scientist and one night I asked him which character he most relates to. He did not answer but instead turned the question back around to me asking which character I thought he was most like.

I paused for just a moment and he yelled out in horror:

"You think that I am most like Sheldon!!"

My defense: "Well he is the smartest out of the three."

Needless to say he did not buy that cover-up.

I love this show. I watched it from the beginning when I saw Leonard from "Rosanne" and Penny from "8 Simple Rules" was going to be on it.
When Sara Gilbert plays Leonards girlfriend and Laurie Metcalf a mom it feels like a Rosanne reunion!

I cried at how funny it was. Yet it was catchy too.

I think he was really playing the piano. Any piano players can confirm that?

According to IMDB he is a professional pianist. He is also my favorite character on this show!!!!

Apparently they have a physics professor consulting on the show and he does up the boards.

Well, I am an Oompa Loompa of Science.

We have both seasons on DVD and bring them along when we take a long trip in the car (or when we fly). We have a DVD player in the car, so we tune the radio to the player and anyone in the front seat can listen while the ones in the back seat watch.
