Biergarten, Rose & Crown, or Le Cellier?

I love Rose and Crown. I thought Le Cellier was very good but if I had to chose between them I would go for R&C. I love the food ( Bangers and Mash are yummy!) and I think the servers are fantastic. They are very willing to chat with you and are very friendly.

We have never tried Biergarten because the seating doesnt really appeal to me. I don't really like to sit with strangers. I'm just very shy.

Good luck choosing and have fun!

I say Biergarten, hands down! They all sound a little heavy for lunch, to me, and Le Cellier is best at dinnertime in IMHO and R&C was very much a "meh" overall for us.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE the Biergarten, though!!

I love Le Cellier for lunch, it was amazing!

We have never tried Biergarten but have done LeCellier twice for lunch and have done Rose and Crown. We enjoyed both very much. It would be a tough choice but I think LeCellier would win out for us.

We have done all 3 for lunch and they are all good. R & C changed their lunch menu some though and the things I liked on it aren't on it anymore. We go to Biergarten for lunch since it is the same as the dinner buffet but cheaper. Very good!!! I loved LeCellier for lunch. They had a wide menu including sandwiches or regular "dinner like" entrees. Again, a bit cheaper for lunch. Three of us had different steaks which were wonderful but a little smaller than the dinner menu which was fine.

Another vote for Le Cellier for lunch. I've never been to the other two, and we are actually trying Le Cellier for dinner on this trip.

We did Rose and Crown in August and loved it-the potato soup was wonderful, if a bit warm for an August night! Never done LC or BG...the servers at RC were all friendly, warm, helpful, and just great overall.

Can you tell me about Biergarten?
what to expect?
any food for picky eaters?
is that buffet style?

I have been to all three, and I think all of them have good food. Ambience-wise Le Cellier is the least appealing, as it is pretty mundane to me (typical cellar-like steakhouse surroundings), same goes for R&C (pub). Biergarten would be my pick, since I don't have anything like that in my neighborhood, and I really liked the food! :thumbsup2

This is going to be a tough decision. I guess we'll go with whatever we can get a reservation for at the concierge. Been to all of them except LeCellier, but haven't been recently.

The atmosphere is great, I forgot what its called, but the tables seat 8, so if you are a party of 4 you might be seated with another party.
(Which was great for us! We sat next to a father and son from two towns away from us, and they gave us some great tips about epcot, where to sit for illuminations.)
The beers are huge!

I myself am a picky eater, and yes its buffet style, but there is so much food! The pickiest of the picky can find food! :)

and the entertainment was great! There is an oompa band

they have a blocked off area for kids to dance and sing.

The waitstaff was great! We had Sven, who gave my sister a card for her birthday, signed by all the staff with two trading pins in it! (we also had the oompa band surprise her with the whole place doing a toast and singing happy birthday!
