Biergarten or Chefs De France?

I really had wanted to see Remy at Chefs De France and when I heard he was going to be there only until Sat Sept 5th, I rushed to make ressies! However, I'm not too keen on heading right to the parks on the day we arrive so I'm thinking I may cancel and miss the little guy!

So, I have one other trip day that I could do Chefs de France (I'm planning for lunch) but I already have Biergarten booked.... IYO, which ressie should I keep? Chefs de France or Biergarten for lunch? Also, if it were you, would you go to the parks right when you get there just to see Remy? Our flight comes in at noon, and I currently have a 2:50 ressie at Chefs De France but I'm thinking, I'd rather just take it easy than run around our first day and use a ticket for just a half day.... opinions please! TIA!

Ooh that is tough, I love em both! For a more relaxing lighter lunch go for CdF....the quiche is incredible. For a hearty meal with music and dancing go to Berigarten...the food is awesome too!
