Biergarten on our anniversary

We are going to be at Epcot on our 18th anniversary with 16 members of our family. We have 2pm reservations at Biergarten. We've eaten there before, and been to Epcot a number of times. It wouldn't be my first choice, but my family loves this place and I'm fine with it.

My question is, will they do anything special for our anniversary?

Is it wrong to mention this to them for ourselves? I mean, not that they would know any other way - and not that my family would probably think of saying anything about it.
Who would I call?
