This is one of the World Showcase Eateries that I have never been to. Besides Bratwurst what else do they offer. But, chances are that I will get the Bratwurst.

Is it better then any other World Showcase Restaurant or is there a reason why I have not read any other reviews about it.

Thanks

We were just at Biergarten a couple weeks ago. It was even better than I had remembered...we hadn't been in a while.

There is pork with an apricot chutney, chicken, different kinds of sausages, braised cabbage, many kinds of salads, breads..and some very nice desserts...I would go for it. Just remember, if you want to see the lunch show...it doesn't start until 1:15.

around.....hubby and I have gone here quite a few times and then when we took the whole family ....we surprised them with a meal ...all eight of us.....even the kids loved it.....My favorite was the salmon and pork...excellent.....and for dessert....hubby started his meal off with the cheesecake with vanilla sauce......I always have to have the apple streudal with vanilla sauce.....the beer was very good too....go you won't be disappointed

Family and I went to Biergarten in November, and had a very tasty meal. We would definitely go there again. The sausages I had were delicious - wish I knew exactly what they were - and there were so many side dishes, salads, etc.! The desserts were yummy too.

We only wish we had been there during a more crowded time (!) because I think the show would have been a lot more fun with a big crowd in the dining room. The lunch show was fun, especially the dueling cowbells (Is that what they call that?) but there were only about five tables occupied when we were there. It would have been a real hoot with the place full!

This is my husbands favorite restaurant in all of Disney World. My husband is German American. We ate there twice on our last trip. I even liked it and I didn't think I would like all that stuff. There really is something for everyone. I think you should try it. My husband likes all the blond waitresses too. ;) Also, try the vanilla custard sauce thing, it is sooooooo good, I could drink it with a straw.

We ate there last week. The chicken is fantastic. Our friends spent time in Germany years ago and truly loved the meal. I recommend it.

Our families favorite restaurant in Epcot. Very casual but there is something to eat for everyone. Dh is German. DS likes meat but no veggies. DD loves veggies but not much meat. I like everything.

I highly recommend it. Yes, bratwurst are very good, but my favorite was the roast pork. If you like pork, this will be one of your favorite meals....I got helping after helping!
The sauerbraten was also good...but it's a unique dish, not to everyone's liking. (A very soft pot roast with a "sour" ginger-snap gravy.)
Desserts are very good....but honestly, I was so stuffed, I took just a couple bites of a few things!
German food is not all that well-known....but there is so much to choose from, take your time and you certainly will find many things in the buffet that you'll enjoy!

I will add kudos for this one. We eat there every trip and it's always good and it's never been crowded for a late lunch. We walk in at 3:00 pm and eat to our heart's content.

Then we stroll around WS, get some wine in France or a margarita at Mexico, stake out an Illuminations spot and people- watch.

I love Epcot.
