Biergarten and peanut allergy?

I have a DD with a peanut and tree nut allergy. It has been since probably the 80s since I ate there. Can anyone tell me if you think this is a safe buffet for this type of allergy? I'm gonna try to get hold of a chef before I even make the ADRs. We typically avoid the WS restaurants when she is with us cause I don't feel as safe about the food, but DH wants to go and thinks the kids would have fun.

I was there this past July and have a peanut allergy. I had no problems. Food was delicious and don't recallhaving to avoid anything either.
