Bicycle Racks at Parks and Resorts?

Are bike racks readily available at the resorts and parks? We will be staying at Beach Club this summer, and my kids are wanting to take their bikes so we can just take a quick ride to EPCOT (although it might take longer to deal with the bikes than just to walk over there!) or make the trek to DHS or Fantasia mini-golf a little faster. On a related note, even if there are bike racks, something in my gut would tell me that they do not want a bunch of personal bicycles out on the BC/YC/BW loop, as it could potentially be a hazard to the people walking...and maybe not even at park entrances, out of fear of a bus-bike incident. Any experience with bikes at WDW?

I can't swear that there are none, but I don't believe that I've ever seen an on-property bike rack at any of the WDW resorts or parking areas, except for the ones that are set up for the bike rental concession at the Boardwalk.

I also don't think that I've ever seen anyone riding a personal bike at the Boardwalk; only the rental bike surreys.
