Has anyone had any experience with the bippity boppity boutique? I have a 12 yr old girl who I thought might like to get dolled up for the day. Is she too old? Is it worth it? Thanks

We went two years ago and my girls had a lot of fun. We're going again and my girls are 7 and 5. it's a lot of fun to see them get their hair done and the makeup .

Then we're going to Cinderella's Gala feast atthe Grand Floridian at 1900 Park Fare after getting them dressed up in our dresses. It's a gala event.:wizard:

We made an appointment for our daughter before MNSSHP on 10/30 she's 10. She was absolutely thrilled. We did the make up, hair and nails package. I would skip the nails next time. I thought they did fake fingernails but instead they painted her fingernails rather sloppily. You can't rush and do nails. Her hair held up well and she was able to go the next day with everything in.

Hope this helps,

Thanks so much for all the info! We have 19 days to go before our WDW vacation and we can't wait. THe info here is invaluable!

We took my DD10 this past summer and she was thrilled! Why not give it a try?:thumbsup2

We just got back 2 weeks ago and my DD (5 1/2) had her hair/makeup done at BBB. All I can say is that it was one of the many highlights of our trip! :cloud9: From the moment we walked in the door, they treated her like a real princess (so much that she needed some reminding later in the day that she wasn't actually a princess, and I wasn't actually her servant LOL). And the look in her eyes when she first saw herself in the mirror...all I can say is that I get weepy thinking about it. :goodvibes

And no...12 is not too old. You're never too old to feel like a princess! princess:

But I dont want to pay all that money unless she gets to keep the items. Does she get to keep the clothing, shoes adn other stuff or is it a rental?

We took our granddaughter last May and it was just great. I purchased her dress at Walmart at home for around $20.00, which was a very good idea. We did the hair, makeup and nail package. To see her eyes it was worth every penny. We are going again this May, and this was the first thing that I booked. We have 8:55 at BBB and then right after breakfast at Cinderella's Royal table. I can't wait.
Here are some of my pictures from last year:

You get to keep the items...we did the castle package and that included Dress..crown, shoes, septor, makeup palate, 2 bottles of nail polish, face gems, 2 mickey barrettes, hair extension, comb. DDs loved it.

I will go to my pics and try to post them here shortly of the BBB...well worth the money.

I took my DD9 last year. She loved it. There was only one dress(14) and shoes (4) that they had a big enough size in to fit her. She wore the Belle Christmas dress with gold sequin shoes.

I apologize,,with all the snow we had the last 2 days I have been unable to get on...shoveling and sledding.

Here are some pics of the BBB.

Oh the pictures are beautiful. You can tell she was having a great time. Your daughters are just precious.

I've got DD scheduled in at the BBB at Cindy's Castle for her surprise BDay trip. I'm only doing hair and make up for DD, I have a great Giselle dress for her to dress up in, but I was hoping that we'd still be able to go over to the Exposition Hall and get some great photos taken of her after we're done.

Anyone know if that's possible?

Thanks!

Thank you! They had the best time and it was made even better when Dad and brother (16) came to 'pick us up" at the Castle. Dad made over them like he was truly not sure they were not the real princesses. Of course it really can never match the feeling they got when big brother made a big 'to-do' about how beautiful they looked. We all did CRT for lunch together. (yes, even DS16..and he was wonderful about 'posing' w/the princesses. He would pose like Alladin when Jasmine came to the table, etc. the girls laughed and had the best time)

Yes, You can still go over to the Expostion Hall. (as well as the Rose Garden) just have them put it on your photopass card. They take some of the prettiest photos!
