I can't seem to find any pics or descriptions of the three hair styles you can choose from. Does anyone know where I can find this? We are taking DD for her 5th birthday.
We were there last week and DD picked the Pop Princess style, it totally fits her personality LOL. It was soooo cute and she got so many compliments. They put glitter all over her head and four really cute sparkly mickey clips. Here's some pics.
This one's blurry, but you can see how it looks in the back.
My DD has done this twice once at DW and once at DL. I thought the fairygodmother in training at DW did a better job. The hair-do seemed to last longer. But both places were great. It is a few dollars cheaper at DL - I think I paid 45.95 for the hair and nail package. At DL they get you with the photos -- if your little one wants near the carriage it cost an additional 30 something to get pictures - they take the pics and give you one 8x10 and a couple 3X5's - you do not get to choose the poses. Although I have to say the pictures also turned out great and we were very pleased.
DD was Jasmine at Disney World :
Both times she has chose the Disney Diva
Close Up of make-up
At DisneyLand she was Belle - This was at Christmas.
We will be at DL again in 19 days and have an appointment for my neice and my daughter ! I can not wait to surprise my neice with this experience.
Let me know if I can be of any further help.
Ohh the pics are so cute!!! I wish I had my long hair again. I would totally do something like that and I had checked with the CMs at BBB and they said that can do hair on anybody any age any length. But I still think its so cute to have the multi strand colored hair.
Does anybody know if the tiny jeweled crowns or tiaras I think that how its spelled, hold really well in hair? I want one, my Minnie ears head band gives me a headache and puts a dent in my hair!! LOL
The birthday sashes are available if you tell them it is for a birthday celebration. You can tell them when you book the appointment or when you check in.
My daughter's tiara held on very well. It has a small comb (about 3 inch) pointing back from the tiara so it grabs into the hair that way (not just a headband or something). You can buy the tiara in the shop (don't need the makeover). And I think the tiara is only with the Fairytale Princess style.
~This~ is my DD's 1st BBB last May, she also visited the BBB *in Cindy's castle ~ MK @ WDW* last Oct. the picture in my siggy of us with the Hitchhiking Ghosts shows how DD looked after her visit to that boutique.

When we went for my bday I got the bday sash because it was my bday...hard to believe that was a year ago. The girls simply got Princess sashes. DD10s hair lasted for 3 full days, including sleeping on it.....LOL It would have lasted 2 or 3 more but I made her take it down and wash it. DD13 and I took ours out that night because they pull it really tight to make the bun. But ours would have lasted a few days as well I'm sure.
You only get the tiara with the Princess bun, DD10 and I both got one of those as that was the style we chose. DD13 got the Princess style with the hair "extentions", she still has it but it looks a bit ragged now LOL. The tiara's stayed in our hair great, even while going on rides like Space or Screamin'. We skipped Splash that day just in case but we did it the next day while DD10 still had her bun in, it worked fine. DD10 did have a few "stragglers" fall out but her hair was slightly layered so we expected that, we just gelled it and bobby pinned it back up and it was fine.
