Does anyone know if the 3 year age is a hard and fast rule for BBB? My DD who'll be 2.5 yrs when we go in Oct, is so girly and loves makeup, nail polish and getting pretty. I would love to have her do this, if just for the pics

They say it is, but I think alot depends on how still your little one sits, and how she tolerates them pulling on her hair( they pull pretty hard to get it in those styles). If she can sit still for long periods of time and doesn't fidget maybe they will allow it.
