Can anyone that has experienced the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique help me out.

First of all is it worth the price? Do the girls get anything special or do all "extras" cost extra?

How long would it take for the hair and makeup package?

We went in May when BBB first opened. My DD's 6 and 4 had a great time. We purchased the $45.00 package which was the ahir, make-up and nails. You could choose from 3 different hair styles. The fairt godmother asked if we wanted their nails done. I didn't want the press on nails so they just painted their nails and gave us the nails to bring home. We were also able to bring the make-up palate home with us. They have a photographer there that takes pics, but I took my own which came out great. They get a pink sash that says BBB. They do not wash your hair or brush it. When we went, they did have combs, however I don't know if you have to bring your own now. The only thing was that i didn't pack a costume. My oldest DD noticed other girls with costumes and wanted to wear one too. We ended up purchasing costumes at the local Target. I didn't want to spend money again on the $60.00 costumes that we already had at home. Target's were $20.00 and my children didn't notice any difference. It was a great experience for us.

My dd3 did the hair and make-up package in October. She loved it. We arrived about 30 minutes early and they were 45 minutes behind schedule (consider this when making appt before any meals). We received a little pager that would blink and talk to us when they were ready for us. Like the previous post, there are 3 different hair styles. The fairygodmother in training met us at the counter and took us back to her station. First was the make-up, eyeshadow, blush and lip gloss. It was from an individual palate which we got to bring home with us. There was also a body sticker that they placed on her cheek (ours was a small butterfly). Next was the hair, they used a plastic comb to pull dd's hair back into a ponytail. They also used some gel to smooth out the flyaways. Next we picked the hair extensions that we wanted. I chose the one that closely matched her hair color (a more natural look). Once the extensions were piocked they were placed over her ponytail and styled. They teased the front of it and a little in the back. They are held in place with bobby-pins. It also included 2 mickey barettes that dd was able to pick which color she wanted (blue her favorite color). When this was done, the sprinkled fairy dust all over her hair and body. It was at this point they turned her around and she got to see for the first time her make-over. The photopass photographer took her off to the side for pictures. This whole porcess took less than 20 minutes. Next we went next door to the optional photoshoot. There wsa one girl in front of us. When it was out turn, the photographer took many pictures, various poses with propos, etc. There was no one else waiting, not sure if they always spend as much time on each kid or not. The photoshoot took almost 20 minutes once we got started.

Would definately recommed. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Did you have to make reservations for this before your trip? How far out? Does anyone have the number? TIA :thumbsup2

Yes.. make reservations. They are very busy. 407-wdw-style.

I would suggest going early in the morning. The first appointment is 9am in the morning and then you have the rest of the day. Also seems that the photo gallery is not as busy in the morning, so you have more time with the photographer.

Just to jump in and say how much my granddaughter loved her experience.
She loved being pampered and made to feel special. She went for the diva look. She wore a pair of blue jeans and a blue jean jacket with sparkles and gems on them. She looked great. She wants to do it again.

What is the cost associated with the package and photos?

3 different packages..
Makeup/Hair -$35
Makeup/Hair/Nails - $45
Makeup/Hair/Nails/Dress/shoes/Accessories/Photo Package - $175

You can do photos with any package, just you pay seperately for the photos as they are not included in the price. The photos are on the photopass system and can be put on a CD along with the rest of your park CD.
I can't remember the photo package prices, because the CM said the best bet was to purchase the CD at the end of our vacation.
