So I know Disney hasn't announced when this experience would come back, but was curious what others thoughts were? Was really hoping to have my daughter experience it for our Dec 2021 trip since she's at the perfect age right now. We have no future plans so I feel she'll be too old by the time we would go again.

I'm also wondering how long they're going to keep everything at the 60 day mark to book experiences like this, lightsaber, etc. Think this is a permanent change or will it go back to 180 days? Il

Nothing official has been announced but I'd be surprised if it's not back by December. If not, I've heard that some of the BBB CM's are doing the makeovers on the side, they come to your hotel room.

Regarding 60 vs 180, I think (hope) they will keep it at 60. There's really no reason to be making any reservation 6 months in advance.

I would also prefer that they keep it at 60 as well. Helps those who don't plan a year in advance or force you to decide where you're going, what you're doing and what you're eating 6 months in advance.

How would I arrange for the in-room makeover?

Hoping BBB is back by our November trip. I also would prefer to keep the 60 day mark but maybe make it 65 so it’s not the same morning as booking fast passes(which I also hope are back by November).

We canceled our July trip because things like BBB we're unlikely to be available. My youngest was 4 on our last trip and loved it. I want her to be able to do it again. As for keeping meal reservations at 60 days. I personally hope not. Maybe 90 days would be ok. I just don't want to have to book meals/fast passes(if they come back)/and all activities and extras on the same day. That would take forever. I guess with as many time as we've been to Disney, we pretty much know what we want to do from the begining anyway. But I'm sure that isn't the case with many others.

True I wouldn't want to do all of it the same day if they all launch at the same time, but if they spread them out that FP's were at 7am, dining at 9am then extra's like BBB were noon it might not be too bad. Granted then you're spending most of your day hanging by a computer or cutting into your work day more than once. Maybe if FP's are brought back they go to 40 days instead of 60 for resort guests and everyone else remains at 30. I just see no need for 6 months in advance.

I’ve seen many of them advertising their services on the “Ear for Each Other” Facebook group.

Thanks! As we get closer I'll have to go check the page out if it's still not back. It seems unlikely that it won't be, but who knows at this point.

Six months, no. Just not everything on the same day. Like I said maybe start dining at 90 days out for meal reservations. Then FP, experiences, and extras can stay at 60. Cut down the stress of trying to get everything all at once...ya know spread it out a bit. So you can worry over days instead of hours. :earboy2:
