Has anyone done the pirate makeover for boys on the Dream? Can you tell me about it? Or do you have any pictures you'd be willing to share? We are considering it for my little brother. Thanks in advance!

We did it for my grandson, 6 at the time. I don't know how to post pics, sorry.
He loved it, they painted his face so he looked like a mean pirate, he was so cute.
My grand daughter also had an appt. she had fun too.

Thanks! I will leave the final decision up to him, but I just didn't know if it was worth it. Sounds like it is!

You can get it done with or without the costume, and it's still fun. In fact, the experience is almost exactly the same whether you get the costume or not. They still do up the kid's face, they still make them repeat the pirate oath, they still get an official pirate name and certificate, an eye patch, a sash, a sword and a pouch with a few pieces of eight.

I grant you, there is a thrill and a cachet to picking out your pirate outfit right there in the boutique, but if the costume cost is prohibitive, just go pick one up at your local Party City or off Amazon and bring it on the ship. You'll save a lot of money and your little brother will still look great and have a great time.
