I just wanted to point out that I found a Bhangra and a Belly Dancing show on Fittv. I have done both of them (I haven't made it through the both of them all the way, but do about 20 min of both of them a day). I would like to suggest these to anyone. They are fun. I feel really good after doing them and think that they should be tried. They are a bit difficult (half of the reason I can only do 20 min of each) but I feel sooooo good after doing them.
Bhangra can burn up to 500 calories an hour whereas belly dancing only burns about 330 an hour. I did some research though and found that belly dancing is one of the best ways to reduce the lower abdominal fat. Belly dancing is also good for women who plan on becoming pregnant because it helps them learn to control their muscles and all that.

Belly dancing will be on next on July 1 at 9:00 am. Unfortunately Bhangra won't be on until July 21 (9 am, 1 pm & 5 pm).
This tv show (All Star Work Outs) also has several other different work outs that can cater to anyone.
