BG Passholder Benefits for June

This month BG passholders can get a $10 voucher good for food or merchandise. Also on 13-14 and 20-21 BG will hold a night time (7:30 to 11 pm) membership appreciation Sidewalk Safari event with a double discount on food and chance to get lessons from Burn the Floor cast members and meet the ice skaters from Iceploration. I am most impressed that park management thinks so highly of their most loyal guests to offer these benefits.

I reside in Virginia near Busch Gardens/Water Country USA Williamsburg and hold a Platinum Pass. Heading down to Florida for vacation next week. When ever I attempt to enter the Pass Member portion of the website I do not get any Tampa discounts. My account defaults to only Williamsburg discounts. I do not have selections for Pass Member 50% off extra tickets or Serengiti discounts, etc. I can use the pull downs to get to all parks around the country except "BUSCH GARDENS TAMPA".

I've emailed, called and even tried to turn off the geo-location setting on my web browsers. Customer Service has no clue. Of course they want to blame "my computer" even though I get the same on two different laptops, an IPAD, a Kindle Fire and a Nook. Plus, my sister has been trying using her separate account.

Once I'm in the Tampa area maybe the discounts will appear. For now. FRUSTRATED!

I can't see any of the discounts either. When I just had a SW pass Orlando I could see all of SW orlandos. It makes me made too. I would like to know what kind of discounts I could be getting for the month of July while we are there.

I'm with both of you. So frustrating. The same thing happens to me from my SW San Diego pass.

The good news is for discounts just showing your pass should be good enough, but for things you have to sign up for in advance (free ticket for a friend etc) I don't know if they will accept it. I've been able to use my San Diego platinum pass for discounts at SW San Antonio (discount on sea lion swim), Busch Gardens Tampa (the free 5x7 photo in March). If you actually just visit the Passmember link for each specific park without logging in you should be able to see the offers so you don't miss out.
