Been on the phone for over 1 hour trying to renew annual pass. 1st rep gave me wrong info. that you can not downgrade (premium to seasonal) & get the renewal rate. WRONG! Called back & rep did it no problem. However, will call # will not link to MDE. Now, on the phone with tech support. Apparently, this is a common problem. Hoping to get FP+ & that my MagicBands work this trip.
Also told can only use 2 gift cards to pay for annual pass. Both cards have to cover annual pass in full or else 1 gift card & 1 credit card.
