I had made my plane reservation for July 11 with usairways from Philadelphia to Orlando. I made my seating arrangements back in Sept. of 2000 when I paid for the flight. I called this morning to confirm my seating arrangements and I have been told that I don't have seating arrangements because they had a schedule change or plane change since I booked and did not notify me of the change so I could arrange new seating. So now they tell me that they cannot guarantee that my husband and I will be seated with our two children ages 4 and 6!
I am upset because I made these arrangements back in September and feel that they are leaving me high and dry and it was not my fault that they neglected to contact me about the flight change.
My question to you is what, if anything at all, can I do at this point to secure seating with my children? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me with this problem.
