Beverages included at the Biergarten?

So are beverages included with the cost of the meal at the Biergarten?

If so, does anyone remember what kind of beverages are offered (that are included with the cost of the meal)?

coffee, tea, soda and lemonade is what was offered with the meal when we were there. Course we had to order beer instead (and pay for it separately, darn the luck.)
