Hi everyone. Just wondering what disney's policy is regarding refills at table service meals. I'd like for my kids to have a glass of milk and then I will allow them to have soda. Will Disney just give them the soda or will I have to buy a separate soda? this is the first time we're doing the DDP and I'm a little nervous that I'm going to get nickle and dimed for everything.

Thanks!

I don't know for sure ~ but I would imagine they get one or the other.

That being said I often ordered bottles of water for my LO's since they aren't allowed soda or juice and the servers would bring an extra bottle to "take with" at the end of the meal.

YMMV.

I think it depends on the server.

We ate dinner at 1900 Park Fare and the server gave my niece an extra Chocolate Silk (lactose intollerant).

At the other TS if it was juice they usually just refilled as needed.

The rest of the TS she just was given the Chocolate Silk, no extras.

I think it depends on the beverage. Cheap stuff (for Disney) like Soda is replenshied.

Smoothies, now way.

In my experience Milk/Chocolate Milk seems to be dependent on the server.

Thanks for the responses. I was asking if I could get one glass of the milk (it's actually rice milk needed for dairy/soy allergy) and then soda for a refill.

I'm thinking I will just get some juice boxes with calcium and give the kids those in the parks and then let them have soda at dinner.

When we ate at Hollywood and Vine, the CM asked me if we wanted the same refill...then when we left, I asked her for take out cups to put our left over bev. in and when she returned she had given us "new" refills and in a take out cup. She was a real sweet lady:) This wasn't the first time tho that we were given "new" refills when we left...

My husband got chocolate milk at Crystal Palace and had two refills of that and then the server asked if he would like more milk or a soda. He got that at no extra charge, I wonder if it was because the milk was more and she was trying to switch him to something cheaper, he can be quite the camel. He was glad she offered so he switched to something lighter on the stomach.
