Beverage Carts Open?

Are the beverage carts that sell bottled beverages/water open in the parks? I don’t want to have to wait for mobile ordering to buy a bottle of water. Thanks

Some are. A lot of carts and counter service places are closed though.

You should not have any problems finding a place to buy drinks without waiting in long lines - carts and small vendors are open and rarely have large lines. Some are closed and others have odd hours, but you won’t have to search. Many of the gift stores also sell bottled drinks/water.
