Betty at MS was wonderful today!!

I had to change my summer reservation and she guided me through all the details.

We had to change week 2 from a 2BR to a 1BR then we got a cash ressie for the weekend in a 1BR and she was able to link the entire trip. A 2BR to a cash 1Br to points in a 1BR!!

She said it was NOT guareenteed but she noted it on the reservation.........she was great. So, hopefully for the 15 days we are there, we will get to stay in the same unit!!!

2 weeks ago when I wrote an e-mail complementing a particular CM at MS, Jackie Leuder (sp?) actually replied. They take these notes very seriously.

When I get a really great CM on the line, I always finish up the conversation by asking for their supervisor. I make sure they know I want to let them know how great they were, so they don't worry about me having something bad to say. People love to complain when something is wrong, but rarely let people know when things go really well. Every time I ask for a supervisor the CM's are so grateful, and the supervisors always sound surprised that I only have compliments

Betty has helped me a number of times...and KathyR I think that is a great idea...

We do point out CM who do a great job when we are at the parks..but I bet MS would love to her great things also..
