Better to email or snail mail Guest Services?

Quick question: we had a good trip several weeks ago but had a safety concern I wanted to share with Guest Services in detail. Is it better to email WDW guest relations, or do old fashioned letters get more attention? Thanks!

How much detail? whichever way you send, try to keep it brief as possible, long letters may cause attention slip.

If it is a legitimate safety concern just make sure you don't come off as wanting compensation. IF that is the case no matter how you write them they will push you off to the legal department.

Emails get answered much quicker that standard mail. I do hope you let someone know while you were at the parks that something that was a safety issue was happening. That is always the quickest way to get it taken care of.
