We plan to go to at least three dinners at some of the better restaurants at Disney. It would be great to know which ones I'm more likely to enjoy the most as a low carb eater for diabetes, and which I would have the most options in. Italian is usually out as most dishes are so carb rich. :confused3

If you go to the very top of this page you will see two rows of links. The 4th one on the second line is "Dining" and you can see the menus of just about every location, both table service and quick service. Even if the menu is not the most recent, it will give you a good idea of what to expect.

Also, the Disney restaurants (including buffets) will make adjustments and/or substitutions at no charge for dietary restrictions.

And don't worry that much about carb counts, unless you are normally very athletic you will find you get a lot more exercise at WDW than you do at home; expect to walk almost ten miles per day.

10 Miles a day????!!!! Is that an average statistic? Wow that's a lot of walking.

We like to do buffets because it makes accomodating our low carb lifestyle easier. Most nicer places will cheerfully swap veggies for the standard starch and work with you on adapting a meal.
