Better option to return rental car on property

Hello,

We are staying at the CBR on December. I am from Colombia and have a few questions for you experts:

1. I want to return my Alamo car on property, just to experience the Magical express to the airport, because we arrive to Orlando by car. Where is the better place to do it? Disney car care center or Dolphin? I will return the car and come back to the hotel and join my family to go back to the airport.

2. My return day is December 25th, will Car Center open on Christmas day?
3. It will be the ME confortable? Considering I hope/wish to have lot of luggage (pixie dust on it ).

4. Or, it will be better at the end to drop off the car at MCO?


Please give me all the pieces of advice you think would be helpful with this issue.

I would do the Dolphin. The valet staff there will take back your car and give you the paperwork, even if the rental desk isn't open. Then you can walk over to DHS (or take the boat) and grab a bus back to CBR.

There is a shuttle to take you back from the Car Care Center, but you will probably have to wait for it and it will also probably make several stops before dropping you off. I don't know the open hours or if it is open on Christmas Day. You can look that up online, though.

I'd rather wait just once - for the bus from DHS back to CBR.

In my experience with the CCC they dispatched several shuttles depending on where people were going. So no one had multiple stops because each destination had its own shuttle. This was after food&wine festival and the wine&dine run. Busy but not as busy as Christmas, and I would think that the busier they are the more shuttle drivers they would have.

If concerned about multiple stops, though, the DME bus will likely have those!
