Better Burger - HOB or Paradiso 37?

I'm debating going to House of Blues or Paradiso 37.
Any opinions on who has the better burger? Keep in mind I don't eat the bun or any cheese, so opinions should be based on seasoning, meat quality, and size of the burger.

I am also a huge french fry fan, so that can be taken into consideration also.
