Bested Themed rooms @ HIFS

Hello!

We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Family Suites in October & I was wondering which kidsuites rooms have the best theme.

I originally requested a "Disney" themed room, but after reading a couple reviews, it's sounds like this isn't the best choice.

I heard the Jungle & Manatee theme were good, but if I can get some first hand reviews from anyone who has stayed here, that'll be great !

We requested the Disney themed room on both of our visits, and we really liked it. It was very whimsical, probably more feminine than masculine. Definitely not a complete wall to wall theme like the jungle one they show in their pics., but we had no complaints. The whole question may be mute, however, as they will probably have all the rooms Nickolodeon themed by the time of your trip. Not sure yet what they will look like, guess we'll have to wait and see.

We had the Disney theme in our kidsuite - the kids liked it. DH and I however, thought the drawings looked rather odd. You had to really study some of the depictions awhile before recognizing what they were. I also thought the colors were kind of dark. Having said that, we really loved the HIFS and would certainly stay there if the Disney theme was all that was available.
On our next trip we will see if it's possible to get a different theme.
If your family is kid-oriented, you'll love the HIFS. Have a great trip.

Just a FYI the only thing themed in your room is the wallpaper in the kids section and after a little while you don’t even notice it.

I guess it doesn't really matter what theme room I have, but I would like a room that is bright, so I guess I'll try and steer clear from the Disney room.

MrsMud - The Nickelodeon rooms will not be done until the beginning of next year, and reservations said even if they have some of the room ready, they will not reserve them until Feb or March of 2005. I would accually prefer a Nickelodeon room.

But I LOVE Manatee's so maybe I'll request this theme for myself !
