Best / worst times to visit in May 2018?

Hi all,

I'm hoping to visit Disneyland Paris for two days in May 2018.

It appears that there are quite a few public holidays in May, including on the 1st, 8th, 10th and 21st.

I've also generally read that some dates in May can be busy due to school holidays throughout Europe.

Can anyone recommend the best / worst dates to visit in May 2018?

I'd suggest aiming for mid May, after Ascension Day which is going to be 10th May next year. The first week is school holiday for some of France and the last week is school holiday for the UK. Try avoiding the weekends as well as they are always busy.

We will be in Paris on May 12th (2017), which is a Friday, with a 1/2 day to spend in DLP - from noon'ish to closing. Any reason you know of that would cause crowds to be prohibitive? We're not really counting on seeing or riding anything specific, it's more of a "been there/done that" kind of thing.
