I'm planning a Christmas '07 trip and want to book a few ADRs at the World Showcase. Any suggestions??

Chefs de France, Biergarten, Alfredo's (which will be closed by then), and Rose & Crown are some of our favorites.

Best ones? That's hard! I think Chefs de France and Le Cellier are the best food.

San Angel Inn and Biergarten are good because they are so "Disney" perfect. Tough choice to make! Enjoy! :)

Chef's de France and depending upon your likes San Angel Inn or Teppanyaki.
I know some will bash San Angel Inn but, DW & I love it, so it depends upon your personal likes and dislikes. Teppanyaki is due to be rehabbed so you may want to check on that. But we've had good meals, and service in all three.

:goodvibes That is a hard choice, really.

there are so many great places to eat in the world showcase.

Our favorites, is San Angel, but we LOVE mexican food, LOTS. the atmosphere is great and fun.

LeCellier had great steak and potatoes kind of meal. Good breadsticks and soup. YUMYUM.

Beirgarten and Le Cellier our 2 favs....I would love to try Rose and Crown the next time we go.

in the space of 5 or 6 replies most everything was covered except China and Norway. thats pretty much how it will go cause everyone likes something different. best to go with something you know you will like by going to the menus on allears.net. or if you are all adventurous, try something like Morocco or Japan. We never miss Le Cellier when there. in fact we sometimes go there twice. Bottom line is we have never had a bad dinner in the World Showcase:love:

We had really great meals at both Nine Dragons and Rose & Crown when we were there in March.

Marrakesh in Morrocco, Teppenyaki in Japan, and Biergarten in Germany.

My DD and I were there in Sept 05 and will be going back next month. We will be repeating our two favorites - Marrakesh and Chefs de France. We love them both. I don't think we would ever go to WDW and not eat at Marrakesh.

We love Le Cellier. San Angel is another favorite. We also ate at Marrakesh last year and enjoyed that (including the dancer!). Can't help with Le Chef as we haven't made it there yet! We also ate at Alfredo's several times and really enjoyed it but moved on to try other things.

We just got back today (actually got home 45 mins ago). We LOVED Alfredo's. The food was good but it was the atmosphere that made it. I can't believe it's closing. the only other food we ate at the World Showcase was the pastry shop in France. We went there twice.. YUMM YUMM YUMM.. The only bummer was they didn't open up until 11am on Thursday when the rest of the places opened up at 10AM.. We were so hungry when we got there, only to wait for an hour :confused3

Either way enjoy your trip. The food was delish (my all time favorite this trip was the Maya Grill. AWESOME!!!!)

They opened WS at 10:00??? Whenever we have gone to EPCOT (which is often), the WS has been "roped off" until 11:00 AM. Is this something they do during busy times?
