<font color=navy>The Best Western Park Place Inn is a moderate hotel, located right across the street from the entrances to both Disneyland and California Adventure Park entrances. It offers continental breakfast and decent rooms. After the Candy Cane Inn, it ranks with the Howard Johnson as the most popular moderate hotels to stay when visiting the Disneyland Resort.

After Staying at many places around the DL resort and the Candy Cane Inn and Howard Johnson's the last few years, we stayed at the BW Park Place Inn in December. It was a fine place to stay. It has all exterior corridors and rooms with two doubles, or a king and mini suites with two doubles/queens and a pull out sofa. We had a minit suite and it was decent size has decore that sports a tropical theme with warm earth tones and some birght tropical colors. There was also a microwave and mini fridge. The beds were comfortable but the sofabed was not. In general the room was quiet. The free breakfast was better than I expected and there was more seating than in any other motel around DL that I have been to. The convenience to the parks is only topped by Disney's Grand Californina. We enjoyed it here but it did not overtake my prefference for the Howard Johnson and Candy Cane. It is very close though.

I stayed there a couple of years ago for a night and it was fine. Decent sized rooms, comfortable, and had the fridge & Microwave. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
My sister stayed at the Carousel last December and there room was fairly nice there too. The complimentary breakfast was eh, and the pool was kind of small but, if that's not a deal breaker, this is fine choice too.

Park Place Inn is in my top 3 offsites! The location is awesome, the staff is always great for us, we had enough storage room(can be a big problem! LOL) Our room has always been comfy and extremely clean. In fact we'll be there AGAIN this weekend! LOL

We really enjoyed our stay at Hojos, loved the 7th floor room facing the park so we could watch the fireworks, but the extra bit of a walk was hard on my little ones, so for us it's more important to be closer.

I've never stayed at Candy Cane, just because of the extra walk time, when my kids get a bit older though I'd like to try it out!
