Best Western LBV experts?

Ive done a search and read a few of the reviews on BWLBV. I was wondering if anyone has any other comments about this hotel. It sounds nice but Id really appreciate hearing more opinions. The $39/night rate is sooo tempting.

We were there in Sept. Everything was fine. Room was clean and nicely appointed; had a good breakfast. Did not see the pool. For that price, I would consider it a bargain: however have no basis for comparison with the others who are running specials
