We are staying here in the next week with children and I was hoping someone could please answer few questions for us. Thank you in advance

1. Are there Laundry facilities at the resort and if so what do they entail? Is there Valet Laundry Service and if so what is the fee?

2. Is the television in the room basic cable and how many channel's are there?

3. Are there any upgrades or perks for Gold Crown Club members once they check in?

4. Do they offer any breakfast buffet specials for guests?

5. Can you please give some information on Toppers Night Club? Is they a happy hour?

Toppers is closed for renovations. There is a small bar in the restaurant area, right by the pool.
There was maybe 10 TV stations, Disney, ABC, weather not sure of the rest.
I did notice a breakfast buffet special, it was about $5.99 for hotel guests but don't quote me on that. We just got a muffin & coffee at the snack bar.

As a Gold Crown Member you may get your request (upgrade) if asked over one who isn't a member. I am & have always gotten my request. You can be upgraded to a room with 2 queen beds & a pull out sofa. There are also different views.. You can request one with a fireworks view. Now those are the ones that I have always gotten. I have also heard that they have rooms with microwaves & frides included.... I have never gotten one. As far as laundry, yes there are machines on 2 or 3 of the floors. I have used one of them. They aren't bad for the price & the dryer is an hour, which I liked...I didn't use the laundry service...but they do offer one...(or they did). CPM is correct of the food & TV deal...but she forgot to mention..that she wasn't crazy about the blankets there ( I won't let her live that one down LOL). The blanket aren't the softest....but I have seen worse!
