I really enjoyed my one week stay at this hotel last year. You will find many opinions about it as in all hotels. Some people have said that the higher up you get, the less water pressure you have; some complain that the beds are too soft; and some others have said that the air conditioner was too loud. But, I loved my stay...I stayed on the 6th floor, beds were comfy, room was spacious as we are a family of 5, no noisy a/c, and had great water pressure. The hotel is a very convenient walk away to all the shopping/restaurants and Downtown Disney. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had pizza delivery and a bar. The swimming pool was nothing to write home about...nothing exciting and small. The bus transportation was consistent and timely except for at Typhoon Lagoon, we had to end up catching a taxi back to the hotel but no big deal. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. If you can get a good rate, this hotel has alot going for it; within walking distance to Downtown Disney and Crossroads, free reliable transportation to the parks on clean comfortable buses, and you are still on Disney property.
We found the hotel itself adequate and would stay there again.
