Best Western Courtesy Inn?

I have never stayed so far from the gates! Help!

I am being sent to SCA for work in 2 weeks. So, Disneyland, here I come! My friend and I decided to come in a few days early to hit the parks before we have to head to Woodland Hills for actual work stuff. We will be in the DL area Sept 16-18.

We are only going to be in the room to bathe and sleep so we really don't want to spend much on the room. We will have a car so really it isn't an issue where we stay, but we would like to be as close as possible. We both have always stayed within walking distance and I am not sure if we will like anything other than that.

We found a great rate at the BW Courtesy Inn (BWCI). From the looks of it, it is just on the other side of the parking structure. I am thinking that we can just walk over to the trams and hitch a ride. I am more worried about this at night rather than the morning, but it would be nice either way. Is what I am viewing correct?

And is the BWCI an ok place just to rest our weary heads? I know most of the Harbor hotels and the DL hotels, but I am at a loss for this one.

Aww, c'mon! I have been on the Disboards long enough to know that *someone* always has an opinion!

After 46 views, there has to be at least ONE of you willing to chime in and tell me what a HUGE mistake I am making!

I wish that I could help, but I am not familiar with that hotel.

But, I just wanted to say that if you do stay there, please make sure to come back and review it!

We just stayed at the best western stovall's inn on katella for $79 per night (+ $8 parking) and it was nice.
