Best Western Anaheim Inn?

Hello everyone. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with the Best Western Anaheim Inn? My family will be staying at the HoJo (we basically love it there, and can't imagine staying anywhere else unless it was to splurge for the Disneyland Hotel) but I have friends who are traveling down as well and are planning on staying at the BW. I am curious if anyone can relay their experience, specifically if there are certain rooms to request/avoid, opinions about cleanliness and service, how long the walk is to the entrance, or maybe even some photos?

We stayed there for 4 nights in August had a great time. The rooms are kind of small but they are clean. We had a room on the ground floor in back and never heard any noise I would recommend the back of the hotel. We stayed at the Park Vue Inn in December and we will stay there from now on. Rooms were bigger and it also comes with breakfast and light dinner for the same price but again BW Anaheim Inn was just fine!

I've been trying to find information about their suite, but just can't find out if it's basically the same with 2 double and a separate seating area. Does anyone have any info? Thanks.

Last time we stayed at the BW Anaheim Inn I said it would be our last due to halfhearted service and a couple big grossouts: giant roaches in the bathroom which the front desk swore were "water bugs" (like that made it OK) and the wet towels we had thrown into the tub had been refolded and put up for us to use again.
We used to really love it, and they may have regrouped/retrained on cleaning & service since our last visit (I think it was Feb 2011).
