Best weekday to visit?

I apologize if this has been asked before--but does anyone know if there is a "best" day of the week, less crowded to visit? I know in some guide books it tells you less crowded days to visit WDW parks, etc...but I wasn't sure about SW? Looking forward to visiting in October!! Thanks for any tips!

I've only heard that SW is busiest on Sat & Sun.
