Best way to track ADR's

We will be on a three split stay. We have 3 Res #'s. In the past there has been an issue of all Ressies appearing on Disney printout. Some by name some by number and I think some by phone. To keep things as simple as possible, can I request all our ressies be tracked by ONE method, preferably phone number, my last name has 13 letters and is difficult to give over the phone...

Great question. We have 2 ressie numbers. I would love to know the answer to this one.

Well, since not every person making dining reservations HAS a room reservation (not yet, or locals, or staying offsite), dining reservation information really shouldn't be tied to a reservation number.

As far as I know, they should be using only the telephone number for tracking - while it's not likely to happen with the OP, people do have identical names; on the other hand, one's telephone number is unique.

I was thinking it was all tracked via phone number too, when i called and changed a bunch of stuff around i asked the CM what's the easiest way to look at what i have compaired to what i just booked... they asked for my phone # (cell since that's the # i'll be on while on vacation) and it pulled up all the ADR i had made...

I make an Outlook Calendar with:

• Flight times and numbers
• Room confirmation #'s
• Resort direct phone # and address
• Parks' hours for each day with special note of Extra Hours.
• All the ADR locations and #'s

Then we email it to my husband's blackberry and I print a copy to carry with my boarding passes.
Yes it is anal retentive.....

I like to know the details, especially something does not go well and I want to plead my case.
When you read about all the "mistakes" that happen I like to have our vacation info secure.

Go to http://www.pscalculator.net/pslist.php , type in the dates of all your ADR's and print a report, write all your reservation #'s down.

As long as Disney doesn't lose your reservation all-together, you will have the ressie# and your times. don't depend on disney to give you your list, they will spell your name 3 different ways, and mistype your phone number a couple of times, and you may never remember when or where your ressies were.

Even if Disney does have all your information stored correctly, this printout you make yourself is much handier to keep track of, much easier to read.

Wow, that is great! Ya see I'm Disney Obsessive Compulsive!!! DH and I LOVE the planning process, we already have our excell spreadsheet, that is color coded prepared for our trip in Sept/Oct complete with parks, activities and what we hope will be ADR's
Of course now I need to get the ressies we've listed
And I laminate a master copy and hang it on the door with a magnetic clip

We have never done a split stay before. And somehow, our ressies were put under misc systems previously... when I got the printout I didn't read it (after waiting about 30 minutes in line) and GASPED when I got back to the reoom and about 4 of our ressies were not there That was for a 14 night stay I think. This one is even longer, so I really want to keep it as organized as possible.. mind you they always have the reservations, but we can all (me and them) make mistakes and I try to make sure all ressies are present and accounted for the first day in case something needs to be resolved....
