What is the least expensive option? I know there is a new UPS spot in Disney Springs but am guessing there would be extra fees due to it being on property. Already purchased shipping materials and packed it up- just don't have a label or know the weight. Was considering trying Pirate Ship but would still need to know weight & print label. Should we just go to UPS store? Box is 19x14x17 and prob 30-50 lbs

I don't think there would be any extra fees, we shipped fed ex out of the contemporay and there was nothing added. The amount to ship out of Contemporay was actually slightly cheaper then shipping from UPS on 192.

Is the extra time you would need to drive to a UPS store worth the maybe $5 extra charge if you shipped from Disney property? I don't recall any extra fees, either. Though it's been over 6 years since I shipped from Disney (FedEx ground).

The issue was also the box was heavy (for me)and I would've had to drag it through Disney Springs to the edge of the Co-op where Guest Shipping is. I ended up using a luggage cart from POP to get it to the car and brought it to a Fed Ex store. Ended up being just over 26 lbs and cost 47 to ship Fed Ex Home with insurance using my employer's account. I had bought the packaging supplies from Walmart. Very reasonable and worth it.

A front desk CM at AKL shipped 2 boxes w/ ins. for us at regular FedEx prices. Normally, it is the resort gift shop that will ship packages, though the person that day was refusing for some reason. I don't believe there is any upcharge.
