I’m not sure what the best way to do this now. I tried to stop by Guest Relations. The line was long so there was a CM going through the line to ask what ppl needed. She told me the best way was to leave a comment in the app. That just took me to the regular contact is email form. Is this the best way right now? Or will the email just get lost? There’s several CMs we came across that were just so kind or had to deal with rude guests, I was hoping they would be recognized.
