Best way to sell baby items?

In your experience, what is the easiest and most cost effective way to sell baby items? I have larger items (swing, bouncer, carseat, stroller) plus tons of clothing.

We live in the country, so a garage sale won't work for us. We would have to borrow a yard of a family member in town.

There is a twice annual consignment sale here, but they get 30% plus a $10 fee.

Craigslist seems okay for big items, but the tire kickers drive me crazy. I won't allow people at my house so meeting them in town is a hassle with a baby.

See if there's a coworker or someone at church/community center that might need those items or if they know someone who does.

I have some large items I'm going to try to sell to a co-worker, then Craigslist. That way, you'll atleast be dealing with someone you are atleast aquaintented with.

Consignments are great for shopping at, but what a hassle to try to sell something. We're taking the clothes and smaller items to Goodwill.

Just as a heads up, most people won't buy used car seats because there is no guarantee that they haven't been damaged. I'm not saying that you're selling a damaged seat, but it's possible that people may think you're doing so. Other than that, I'm sorry I don't really have any advice, I'm in the process of GETTING all the baby stuff together lol.

There seems to be a decent resale market around here for the infant seats/stroller travel system combos. But thanks for the heads up!
